      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver select training to caregivers
      - Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
      - Utilize various training methodologies to ensure maximum effectiveness
      - Provide post-training support and monitoring
      - Administer competency and performance-based assessments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Education, Health Service Administration or related field required
      - Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred
      - Two years of training/teaching experience required
      - Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel to various locations as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification/proficiency in one or more Epic applications
      - Previous experience working with adult learners
      - Knowledge of Microsoft products: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications
      - Ability to speak effectively in front of large audiences
