      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, analyze, and develop Epic software applications to meet organizational and client needs.
      - Provide tier two technical assistance and troubleshoot problems with assigned system applications.
      - Collaborate with Epic representatives and end users to configure and build Epic applications.
      - Develop and modify procedures to solve complex data processing problems.
      - Participate in on-call support rotation to assist with end user critical needs.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or equivalent required for the Epic Analyst level; Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field for the Senior Analyst level.
      - Minimum of 2 years of direct Epic application build experience required for Analyst level; at least 5 years for Senior Analyst level.
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
      - Ability to obtain Epic Proficiency, Accreditation, or Certification within 6 months of hire for the Epic Analyst; two Epic Certifications/Accreditations/Proficiencies required for Senior Analyst.
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills.

      - Previous experience as an HB Analyst is highly desired.
      - Demonstrated ability to analyze processes and contribute to system improvements in a professional setting.
      - Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
      - Ability to present comfortably in front of a group.
