What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide institutional expertise in the delivery of clinical care related to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Program
- Evaluate and promote new technologies to streamline clinical documentation and assessment processes
- Participate in the development and implementation support of automated clinical processes
- Offer at-the-elbow and end-user support for all EHR users
- Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to enhance clinical operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant technical or business work experience
- Required education: Associate's degree in a healthcare field or equivalent work experience with electronic health records
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- In-patient Epic experience required
- Previous experience with business applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epic EHR
- Familiarity with data analytics and data management associated with systems evaluation
- Experience in medical policy documentation
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
