      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and interpret payer contracts to identify key terms for billing codes and reimbursement rates
      - Monitor payer policy changes to ensure compliance and avoid billing errors in eChart
      - Collaborate with payer relations and revenue cycle management teams to address contract concerns
      - Utilize data analytics tools to monitor contract performance and identify trends
      - Maintain relationships with payer representatives for issue resolution and data collection

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma with 9 years of experience, Associate's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years in Healthcare, Epic IT, and/or Financial Operations
      - Minimum of five years of experience in Epic contract maintenance and modeling
      - Strong understanding of healthcare contracts and reimbursement methodologies
      - Ability to analyze complex data and identify actionable insights
      - Required certifications: Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration (RHB390) and Resolute Professional Billing Reimbursement Contracts (RPB390)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Seven years of experience in Epic contract maintenance and modeling modules
