What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the operational administration of Epic Payer Platform, including health checks and routine maintenance
- Configure, test, and maintain payer-to-provider workflows for eligibility, prior authorization, and claims status
- Administer and monitor FHIR integrations and coordinate token lifecycles
- Triage and resolve operational issues with Epic Payer Platform integrations
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in data completeness and care gap closure
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience administering healthcare interoperability platforms or educational equivalent
- 8+ years of experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle
- 8+ years of excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to Epic-related workflows and operational tools
- Experience with Da Vinci Implementation Guides and CARIN Blue Button
- Familiarity with SQL for ad-hoc data validation
- Hands-on experience with Epic concepts such as Interconnect and Payer Platform configuration
