What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and team members to identify and resolve issues throughout system development phases
- Provide ongoing support for clinical application systems in support of project operations
- Take on a senior role in tasks and mentor other clinical systems analysts
- Direct the work of other staff members or contractors as necessary
- Ensure Epic Certification is obtained within 6 months of employment, including possible test retakes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with clinical, hospital, and/or financial applications and systems
- Proven project management skills, tools, and methodologies
- Demonstrated experience leading committees, projects, and activities
- Epic Certification required within 6 months of employment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience working with/building Epic research module
- 2 years of experience working with CTMS
- 2 years of experience in Research Protocol Build
- Ambulatory certification preferred
- RN preferred with at least five (5) years of experience with Epic Hyperspace applications
