What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Possessing an intermediate understanding of system build and implementation
- Ability to analyze and understand business problems and make solution recommendations
- Implementing secure, effective, patient scheduling systems
- Collaborating with clinicians, end users, and AIT of the Epic system
- Designing, building, testing, training, implementing, evaluating, and maintaining assigned applications and systems
- Managing data and determining suitable components to build while maintaining alignment with professional standards
- Coordinating physicians and end users in the analysis and documentation of clinical workflows
- Coordinating end-user training and assisting in the development of department members
- Communicating with various levels of leadership, clinicians, physicians, and staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal guidance
- Rapid learner
- B.A., B.S., or similar in business, IT, or a healthcare-related area or commensurate experience
- 2-4 years of experience with Healthcare technical systems
- 1-2 years of experience leading groups in projects
