      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and specify complex business requirements and processes in collaboration with client management
      - Research and evaluate alternative solutions, recommending the most efficient and cost-effective systems design
      - Design and implement detailed systems testing plans to ensure product accuracy and effectiveness
      - Analyze existing system logic difficulties and revise procedures as necessary
      - Provide guidance to other Application Analysts and may act as a project leader

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
      - Minimum of four years of diverse work experience in IT
      - Experience with Willow inpatient systems is required, with preference for Willow inventory certification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with applications and systems relevant to patient care
