      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and implement data-related initiatives within the research team
      - Conduct data cleaning, quality assessment, and statistical analysis of large datasets
      - Train and supervise student workers and volunteers in data analysis tasks
      - Visualize and report data findings creatively for stakeholders
      - Assist with project management tasks, including compliance and documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, Data Science, or related fields
      - Minimum of six years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least two years of experience
      - Expertise in R or R Studio for data analysis and programming activities
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex databases
      - Effective oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in HIV care, HIV prevention, and/or health policy
      - Familiarity with qualitative and/or mixed methods research
      - Record of preparing peer-reviewed publications and presentations
      - Knowledge of SAS and high-performance computing environments
      - Project management experience with a focus on ethical compliance
