      What you will do

      Our Data Center Solutions team is seeking a dedicated and experienced Equipment Reliability and Training Supervisor to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our forklift and overhead crane equipment through effective maintenance coordination, preventative maintenance programs, and comprehensive training development.

      How you will do it

      1. Maintenance Coordination:

      • Act as the primary point of contact for our maintenance teams.

      • Coordinate repairs and resolve issues related to forklift and overhead crane equipment.

      • Ensure timely and effective communication between maintenance teams and other departments.

      • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

      2. Preventative Maintenance:

      • Oversee and implement preventative maintenance programs.

      • Ensure all equipment is regularly serviced and maintained to prevent breakdowns.

      • Develop and monitor maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime.

      • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues before they become critical.

      3. Training Program Development:

      • Design and develop comprehensive training programs for forklift and overhead crane operators.

      • Include both theoretical and practical components in training programs.

      • Ensure training programs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

      • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

      • Provide ongoing training and support to operators to enhance their skills and knowledge.

      What we look for

      Required:

      • Certified Forklift and Overhead Crane Trainer with proven experience in training and certifying operators.

      • Strong knowledge of forklift and overhead crane operation, safety standards, and industry regulations.

      • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

      • Ability to assess and evaluate operator performance effectively.

      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

      • Proficiency in creating training materials and documentation.

      • Experience with preventative maintenance programs and equipment replacement processes.

      • On-call and occasional after hours/weekends as required
