  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist telephone and walk-in customers with equipment rentals of all types
  - Understand customer equipment needs and negotiate orders
  - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  - Maintain administrative tasks related to sales and customer interactions
  - Collaborate with team members to support customer needs effectively
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School diploma or GED required
  - Valid Driver’s license required
  - Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment
  - Previous equipment rental industry experience is preferred
  - Strong customer service and telephone skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process
  - Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other languages) may be preferred in some locations
  - Related experience in roles such as Account Manager, Rental Sales, or Customer Service Representative
