What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer day-to-day equity transactions, including RSU grants, vesting, exercises, ESPP activity, and employee terminations
- Perform data integrity checks and reconcile equity transactions across various platforms
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc equity reporting for leadership and cross-functional partners
- Support SEC filings, insider trading compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with proxy statement preparation and other external equity disclosures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience administering equity compensation programs, ideally at a U.S.-based public company
- Strong understanding of SEC regulations, insider trading policies, and equity-related compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience supporting audits and SOX controls
- Strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with RSUs, stock options, and ESPP programs
- Ability to clearly communicate equity concepts across various departments and levels
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience with Workday and Fidelity
