      Job Summary

      The ERG Strategy Team supports Comcast’s national Employee Resource Group (ERG) Program by serving ERG leadership to create impactful experiences that support business initiatives, foster collaboration and belonging. ERG Strategy does so by providing governance, national resources, and guidance to forward Comcast’s DE&I efforts and continue cultivating belonging within our workforce.

      The ERG Strategy Team is searching for a Coordinator to be an integral part of the team and support the team’s work by liaising with ERG leaders from across the enterprise, co-managing national event funding and amplifying national ERG resources and program offerings. The Coordinator will also support strategic technology-focused projects such as co-designing and assisting the administration of the ERG grants management platform and enhancing the ERG events management system while driving adoption with ERG leaders.

      Reporting to the Sr. Director of ERG Strategy, the Coordinator will work closely with different stakeholder groups including the broader Impact & Inclusion Team (I&I), field Human Resources & Talent Teams, Learning & Development, and other senior leaders across the enterprise. We take a ‘one team’ approach, so the ERG Strategy Coordinator will get to support/experience other Impact & Inclusion major activations, including summits, volunteerism events, and sponsored programs.

      Job Description

      Core Responsibilities

      Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      • Supports ERG Grant Application Review and Processing – Ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria, completeness, and providing approval recommendations; collecting, organizing and processing invoices
      • Chapter Leader Vetting – Confirming proposed new leaders are in good standing with HR and have approval from their manager
      • ERG Monthly Working Session Support – Leading ERG leader meetings, taking notes and bringing pertinent issues and inquiries to the team for resourcing
      • Cultural Month Events – Gathering ERG events for recognition and cultural months (i.e. Pride, National Disability Employment Awareness Month, Native American History Month, AAPI Heritage Month, etc.) for amplification and storytelling in collaboration with Communications Leads across the company
      • Internal Communications – Crafting attention-grabbing Viva Engage (formerly Yammer) posts, national leader communications and presentations to promote national ERG resources, funding opportunities and leader spotlights; managing and responding to the National ERG e-mail box, serving as the primary point of contact for employee questions about the ERGs
      • Operational Support – Maintaining national ERG leader roster, team action item tracking and providing recommendations for continued process improvements

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Strong technical skills; proficient with MS Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)
      • Strong analytical skills and comfort with large data sets
      • Proven budget management (ability to process and track expenses against a budget)
      • Idea-oriented and willing to try new things
      • Demonstrated discretion with sensitive information
      • Passion for social justice and cultivating a culture of belonging
      • Excellent written and oral communication skills
      • Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment (ability to track deadlines, juggle changing schedules and use allotted time effectively)
      • Flexible with proven ability to pivot and comfortable with ambiguity
      • Preferred Degree: Business Administration, Business Management/Operations, Management Information Systems or IT-adjacent (HRIS)
      • Available to report in-person to Philadelphia, PA work location at least four days/week with ability to work remotely one day/week
