      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a global ergonomics strategy tailored to the customer’s diverse workforce
      - Oversee workload distribution and performance management of a global team of ergonomists
      - Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate ergonomic hazards
      - Design and deliver training programs to empower employees in ergonomic best practices
      - Partner with stakeholders to integrate ergonomic principles into workplace design and practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Occupational Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
      - 10+ years of experience in ergonomics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global or tech-driven organization
      - Proven track record of managing successful ergonomic programs in complex environments
      - Strong analytical skills to interpret workplace data and provide actionable insights
      - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Occupational Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
      - Certification as a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) or equivalent
