      Job Summary:

      What does this role aim to achieve in the firm/what impact does the role create

      The Enterprise Risk Management L ead for Managed Services ensures the integrity, reliability, and resilience of service delivery by implementing and maintaining a robust Risk Management System . This role is responsible for establishing a risk management framework across the MS delivery engagements , including identifying risks & designing & implementing mitigati on plans. The ERM lead also takes complete ownership of business continuity planning, risk profiling, and crisis management, ensuring that services remain operational and compliant with regulatory requirements.

      The ERM lead collaborates with regional R&Q teams, OGC, and service delivery teams to align with global and local compliance standards while providing proactive solutions for risk management related challenges.

      Roles and Responsibilities:

      Daily tasks and delivery expectation

      Ri s k Management & Compliance

      • Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal ERM requirements.

      • Conduct internal audits, health checks, and risk management reviews to assess compliance effectiveness.

      • Lead risk profiling activities, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing mitigation strategies.

      • Develop and maintain governance structures for tracking compliance risks.

      • Oversee data security and privacy measures to align with legal and regulatory obligations.

      • Track and report instances of noncompliance, ensuring execution of remediation plans.

      Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

      • Prepare and oversee Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), and Crisis Management to safeguard operations.

      • Develop and test BCP frameworks, ensuring operational resilience during disruptions.

      • Conduct disaster recovery simulations to assess preparedness and response effectiveness.

      • Perform Process Failure Modes & Effects Analysis to proactively identify weaknesses and enhance risk mitigation.

      • Ensure cross-functional coordination for crisis management and recovery efforts.

      Team Leadership:

      • Capacity to work in a lean structure and grow a team

      • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation in data management and reporting processes.

      • Collaborate with stakeholder functions across the firm

      Stakeholder Management:

      • Liaise with senior management and other stakeholders & clients to understand ensure complete risk profiling of operations & designing mitigation strategies

      • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.

      Expected Skills:

      Specific learned abilities or technical skills

      • Proven experience in Enterprise Risk Managements, BCP-DRP

      • Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and technical teams

      • Excellent communication and presentation skills

      • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

      Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:

      Bachelor’s degree

      Minimum years experience required

      • 7-10 years of experience in ERM roles for a large international organization.
