Manage and coordinate ERP deployment project deliverables coordinating with stakeholders, business, consulting partners and validation partners for control on scope, schedule and cost
Develop and manage change control processes for GXP and SOX delivery
Identify and track key achievements and recommends adjustments to cross-functional team plans
Monitor and communicates the progress while ensuring timely and effective communication of the status in terms of cost, forecast, schedule and assessment of risks/issues
Negotiate and influences cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the execution of the plan
Support and lead continuous process improvement initiatives through Operations Excellence principals from lesson’s learned throughout projects
Anticipate program/project risks and issues and ensure that appropriate mitigation planning is in place to avoid compromising delivery
Facilitate Steering Committee with senior business and IT leaders and ensure all stakeholders’ roles and responsibilities are clear
25% travel expectations (domestic & international)
Other duties as assigned
Minimum of bachelor’s degree required with 3+ Years of IT Deployment experience
2+ Years of ERP Deployment experience in GXP and SOX compliant systems
3+ Years of Pharmaceutical or Life Science experience preferred
Background or exposure to SAP ERP system implementation
Primary – ERP deployment lifecycle, SDLC experience, Microsoft Project.
Secondary – Life Sciences domain skills, Wide knowledgeable of FDA cGMP/GLP and related regulations

The ERP Program Manager will manage the reporting, status management, escalation of issues, stage gate management and communication for the ERP program.
A key aspect of the role will be managing consulting partners and supporting ERP project decisions for delivery of technical solutions
