What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate working sessions and communication with diverse stakeholder groups including executive management and subject matter experts
- Elicit and analyze business requirements and improvement opportunities related to HR processes and systems
- Document HR business processes and knowledge using standard tools such as business process diagrams and data models
- Identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining, and cost reduction in HR workflows
- Develop business cases and requirements for software solutions while serving as a liaison between stakeholders and solution providers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA with 7 years of relevant experience, or MS/MA or higher with 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of business requirements and process improvement methodologies
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) implementations
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience in change management
- Knowledge of policies, standards, and management systems relevant to HR processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with business intelligence tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI
- Familiarity with agile/scrum software development environments as a Product Manager
- Proven track record of developing long-term improvement strategies
- Knowledge of process management related to research and operations
