      This role sits within the ERP and Corporate Functions team at Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Digital. We are a dynamic team passionate about accompanying Sanofi CHC through its most exciting and challenging journey as it seeks to become a fully carved in P&L within Sanofi.

      Main responsibilities

      • Own User Access Management (UAM) activities for projects and run for SAP platform (S4 HANA, Fiori, BW, GTS) and integrated tools
      • Build UAM solution roadmap including digital applications and standards (security, technical product) by
        • Aligning with Enterprise Architecture and Internal Control policies, guidelines
        • Engaging with digital (SAP Platform teams, infra, security) and business stakeholders, understanding needs, structuring, and envisioning different solution to those needs
        • Evaluating the costs and benefits of different options with input from internal and external teams to optimize value creation
        • Prioritizing, planning, and communicating on the steps identified to deliver the roadmap
      • Design and implement SAP GRC covering end-to-end UAM process by engaging with Internal Control, digital and business stakeholders to support and facilitate UAM operations. Work with internal and external partners to ensure configuration and integrations are efficient, compliant, and accurate
      • Advise to digital and business teams for improvement opportunities in line with business and digital strategy and follow-up implementation
      • Remain up to date on company’s standards, digital industry practices and emerging standards
      • Manage lifecycle projects for UAM solution
      • Manage SAP Role design, build and test for projects and run in a growing scenario (number of countries and users supported is growing)
      • Design run organization to support UAM by engaging digital and business teams. Align on incident and change management process, monitor and report KPIs. Maintain and assess operational requirements and service issues
      • Advise proper project organization to project managers to implement UAM requirements. Monitor proper UAM transition from Hypercare to RUN organization during SAP deployments
      • Manage UAM escalations, incidents, security breaches, audit points, user support with digital and business stakeholders
      • Lead Regulatory and Compliance activities in UAM domain, support audit (especially annual SOX campaigns) and annual user access review

      ABOUT YOU

      Experience

      • 8+ years' work experience on User & Access Management Services for SAP S4/HANA and GRC Access Control 10 and/or 12
      • IT transformation experience in a global company, preferably in a FMCG and/or FMCH context having understanding of modern User & Access Management concepts and best practices
      • Demonstrated understanding in formulating strategies, alternatives, and recommendations in information security management
      • Ability to evaluate risk and communicate it in a fact-based manner
      • Proficient in Application Management Methodologies and IT Governance
      • Can communicate solutions, ideas, suggestions to a variety of stakeholders effectively and comprehensibly, ability to defend the Core Model position
      • Strong experience in IT general controls (ITGCs), Sox Audits and Internal Control best practices
      • Significant experience in IT service management and tools (ITIL, ServiceNow, Jira
      • Proven ability to lead and work independently in multi-cultural environment and facilitating workshops
      • Experience in Project Management, involving Agile and Digital methodologies
      • At ease with Microsoft Office tools, and in general with IS tools
      • Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management
      • Knowledge of technological trends

      Technical skills

      We are looking for ERP User Access Management lead who has strong expertise in following technologies

      • SAP GRC Access Control 10 and/or 12 and SAP Security, SAP S4/HANA/SAP Fiori/SAP BW (role design, creation and user creation)

      Education

      • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering

      Languages

      • Fluent spoken and written English
