What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and send opening letters and acknowledgments to all parties involved in escrow transactions
- Order title commitments and prepare receipts for funds received from customers and lenders
- Assist with administrative tasks for the branch manager as requested
- Monitor and manage the escrow process, including ordering wire transfers and clearing title requirements
- Provide customer service by answering questions from clients and real estate agents regarding transaction status

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to perform all tasks of the Escrow Receptionist
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently

- Experience in the homebuilding or real estate industry
- Knowledge of escrow processes and regulations
- Familiarity with automated systems for order entry
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism
