What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process
- Work closely with agents, buyers, sellers, and third parties to gather necessary information for settlement
- Ensure the settlement process remains organized and maintain communication with involved parties
- Provide quotes and explanations about the settlement process and title insurance to potential customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding clients and agents through each step of the process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a strong customer service background and title and/or real estate knowledge
- 1 to 3 years of professional office experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, "can-do" attitude with a passion for creative problem-solving

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Resware, Tableau, Google Drive, or similar software/technologies
- Recent graduates looking to start a career in the real estate or title industry
