What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties to assist in the escrow process
- Open orders, input closing statement information, and prepare documents for closing
- Handle the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions
- Communicate requirements and other information effectively to clients
- Interpret agreements related to closing and prepare all necessary documents for transactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an escrow-related field
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background with a mix of curative and closing experience
- Strong detail orientation
- Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
