      Position Overview

      Join us as an ESG Reporting Analyst, a pivotal role for both recent graduates and professionals with 2-3 years experience in environmental, social and governance (ESG) analysis.

      Essential Job Functions

      • Support the Senior ESG Reporting Manager in embedding an ESG reporting program in line with industry best practice.
      • Work with data owners from across the business to collect and validate ESG performance data for internal and external reports (including to the frameworks of TCFD, SASB, GRI, UNSDG, TPT)
      • Respond to external requests for ESG data and disclosures.
      • Support data requirements for third-party ESG assessments (E.g., GRESB, Eco Vadis)
      • Serve as a super-user for the internal ESG reporting software suite, designing and generating engaging reports and training other users as needed.
      • Own the submission of prioritized sustainability/ESG benchmarks and questionnaires and suggest improvement strategies based on independent analysis and stakeholder engagement activities.
      • Support meeting planning and prepare minutes for the ESG Centre of Excellence and its supporting teams as required, to ensure progress on our goals.
      • Contribute to data quality assurance processes to ensure data collected is of auditable quality and aligned to external best practice standards.
      • Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely collection of ESG data from across the organization in accordance with requirements.
      • Support the ESG reporting function with the implementation of an ESG reporting and consolidation tool, alongside the framework to govern the timely collection of various data points.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collate financial and non-financial data for ESG reporting.

      Job Requirements

      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
      • Prior experience in ESG and reporting will be strongly preferred but not a deal breaker.
      • Familiarity with process and expectations of sustainability rating agencies, rankings, and indices (i.e., Eco Vadis, GRESB,) would be advantageous.
      • Previous experience supporting corporate ESG data collection and development of a corporate sustainability report; data assurance experience is a strong plus.
      • High-level of comfort with data analysis, identifying and creating value adding reporting and manipulating software tools e.g., SharePoint, Audit board (ESG module) to generate required reports, and proffer technical solutions to data problems.
      • Previous experience with ESG reporting software would be advantageous.
      • Graduates in a related field are welcomed to apply ; or individuals with 2-3 years’ experience of supporting ESG reporting
