- Organize and implement the assessment, identification, and recruitment of qualified student-athletes.
- You will work closely with Admissions and Financial Aid and the Director of E-sports in the recruitment of e-sports learners.
- Maintain schedule for the entire academic year, which includes individual meetings.
- Support academic development and graduation of learners, and act as role model learners in the program.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the University, alumni, high school coaches, media, and the local community.
- Maintain memberships and participation in the various e-sports associations and affiliations.
- A Bachelor's degree
- 1 to 3 years of coaching experience required
- Experience with the game League of Legends.
- Knowledge, observance, and commitment to all rules and regulations as outlined by the College and National Association of Colleges and Employers.
- 1 to 3 years of E-sports coaching experience

Southern New Hampshire University's traditional campus is looking for an Assistant E-sports Coach, part-time. You will report to the Director of E-Sports. You will be responsible for the administration and coaching of the intercollegiate e-sports program, which includes all recruiting, practice, and game preparation. This is an on-site position located on the main campus in Manchester, NH. "#LI-Onsite"
