What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure seamless legal processes from start to finish
- Assist in drafting legal documents for estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Conduct comprehensive research on estate planning laws to ensure legal compliance
- Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed
- Work closely with attorneys to review and finalize estate planning documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal or Legal Assistant
- Solid understanding of legal protocols and paperwork related to estate planning
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and legal professionals
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document preparation software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with legal case management software (Clio, WealthCounsel, LawMatics, or similar)
- Professional demeanor and client-service mindset
