What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the VP of Construction and VP of Estimating with executive duties such as team correspondence and meeting arrangements
- Provide support for construction projects, including documentation and coordination with subcontractors and vendors
- Assist estimators with bid documentation and ensure timely delivery of proposals
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the Estimating and Construction team
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, and presentation)
- Strong work ethic with a high level of personal ownership of work
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems proactively with minimal supervision
