      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and drive sales activities of external wholesalers in assigned territory
      - Ensure compliant and effective sales practices among wholesalers
      - Recruit, hire, and train new wholesalers as needed
      - Develop and maintain relationships with key Centers of Influence (COIs) within firms
      - Analyze sales activities and performance metrics to optimize strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 11+ years of experience, with a significant portion in ETF distribution or wholesaling
      - Minimum of 10 years in managing high-performing sales teams
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
      - Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses required
      - Willingness to travel domestically (up to 60%) and limited international travel (up to 5%)
