What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist guests in a courteous and professional manner at the Drury Hotels Reservation Center
- Maintain a high standard of service and hospitality to maximize revenue
- Take written and verbal direction effectively
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Operate a computer and utilize the Drury Spirit Reservation Process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to relate to the public and team members in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels’ policies and procedures for guest service
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a service industry is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience working with the public in a service industry
