      Summary

      Apple is seeking an Event Coordinator within the Worldwide Events Organization’s Experiential team. The Experiential team is charged with bringing Apple’s iconic brand and products to life through engaging and immersive activations, custom designed for our high touch audiences around the world (media, content creators, culture leaders, etc). The Experiential team also supports the larger Worldwide Events team producing product launches and key business moments like the Worldwide Developers Conference.       • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in event support, production or management

      Description

      WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Events Coordinator will perform a hybrid function supporting Experiential team managers across various product experiences including project management, scheduling, budget management, logistics, operations and on-site support while also managing a few key product categories as the Experiential lead. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE: - Ownership of key product categories to ensure consistent management of cross-functional relationships - Participation in pre-planning and on-site support of Worldwide Events initiatives including Global Launches, WWDC and other key projects - Support of the Experiential Director and Senior Manager with team logistics, operations and coordination

      Education & Experience

      - BA Degree or equivalent professional experience

      • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $86,400 and $130,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
