What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and execute all educational events, including seminars and compliance programs
- Plan and manage all aspects of tradeshow and congress participation
- Track budgets, reconcile expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource use
- Coordinate KOL vetting committee meetings and documentation
- Collaborate with department heads to create marketing materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5+ years of experience in coordinating healthcare-related events or education programs
- Experience supporting CE/CME programs or medical education events
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements, including the Sunshine Act
- Experience in medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare services environments
- Previous experience in startup or medium-sized companies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong network of healthcare providers in chronic and acute wound care
- Experience in event planning specifically related to medical devices
- Knowledge of industry codes of conduct and compliance
- Previous experience in physician engagement initiatives
