      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the planning and execution of the employer's events calendar, including trade shows and webinars
      - Coordinate event logistics such as vendor management, travel coordination, and material preparation
      - Assist with event registration, communications, and attendee engagement
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event deliverables with organizational goals
      - Manage event budgets by processing invoices and tracking expenses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or operations, ideally in a B2B or technology environment
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Basic experience managing logistics, vendors, and timelines
      - Willingness to travel and occasionally work flexible hours
