      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and support event strategy across key verticals including Higher Education, Healthcare, and Corporate sectors
      - Manage logistics and planning for regional events, tradeshows, and sponsored activations
      - Lead pre-event planning and post-event recaps for assigned events
      - Oversee exhibitor booth execution, including coordination of booth assets and branded giveaways
      - Provide mentorship and guidance to the Event Coordinator, ensuring quality and consistency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-6 years of experience in marketing event planning, with at least 1-2 years owning strategy and event execution
      - Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
      - Experience working with vendors, venues, and external partners
      - Proficiency with CVENT and familiarity with tools such as HubSpot and Excel
      - Ability to manage budgets, shipping logistics, and timelines across multiple projects
