What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer Sales agreements and manage Food, Beverage, and A/V needs
- Generate revenue through upselling food and beverage in banquets and meeting room rentals
- Work in unison with on-site Event Planning Manager for each group program
- Attend critical pre-planning meetings and on-property events as required
- Communicate effectively with clients and departments to ensure successful events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of volume hotel event planning experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel and/or food & beverage experience preferred
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge and programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of PSS or equivalent training
- Experience creating and writing menus to fit event’s needs
