      Overview

      Are you passionate about creating exceptional event experiences? Join our team as an Event Sales / Catering Manager, where you'll take the lead in planning and executing unforgettable meetings, banquets, and special events for both in-house groups and external clients. We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.

      What You’ll Do:

      As our Event Sales / Catering Manager, you’ll be responsible for selling and servicing a variety of events—from corporate meetings to social celebrations. Your main goal will be to maximize banquet food and beverage sales while ensuring seamless communication and flawless execution from start to finish.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales or event experience

      • Minimum 1 year of food & beverage or banquet operations experience

      • Strong knowledge of event contracts, terms, and negotiation strategies

      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Delphi, CI/TY, ISAC, or similar CRM systems preferred

      • Polished, professional presence and confident client-facing demeanor

      • High level of organization, time management, and ability to juggle multiple events/projects

      • Strong understanding of market trends, competition, and hospitality industry standards

      • Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative, guest-focused events

      • Team-oriented with a proactive sales approach and passion for service excellence
