What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage the event portfolio, designing and executing various event formats including flagship events, VIP dinners, and virtual sessions for Talent Acquisition leaders
- Craft unforgettable experiences that resonate and leave a lasting impression on attendees
- Build a cohesive year-long narrative that connects all events and enhances GoodTime's brand story
- Drive attendance and engagement through collaboration with various teams to develop effective invite strategies and follow-ups
- Actively participate in external Talent Acquisition communities to build relationships and enhance GoodTime's visibility
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-6+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, field marketing, community management, or similar roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR/TA-adjacent industries
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end programs, including logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up
- Strong attention to detail and expertise in project management
- Proficient in using project management tools like Asana to track tasks and details
- Ability to manage multiple vendors, agencies, and contractors simultaneously

- Experience in hosting sessions, moderating panels, and representing a company in external communities
- A proactive and organized approach to launching new programs while improving existing ones
