      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide end-to-end support for a variety of 1st and 3rd party events ranging from small gatherings to large conferences
      - Establish processes and rhythm of business (RoB) around event planning and execution
      - Manage speaker coordination and event communications, including newsletters and preparatory meetings
      - Oversee onsite event operations to ensure seamless execution
      - Track event ROI and provide reporting to stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of event coordination or management experience, particularly with cross-functional teams
      - Previous experience working at Microsoft, either as a full-time employee or vendor
      - Proven ability to run virtual webinars and manage virtual event series
      - Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Loop
      - Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across organizations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting both first and third-party events
      - Ability to create and update .OFT templates for Outlook
      - Demonstrated experience leading workstreams with multiple stakeholders
      - Strong organizational skills in planning and executing various workstreams
      - Experience in digital event management and webinar support
