      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for applicants and professionals via phone, email, live chat, and the website
      - Assist customers in selecting appropriate courses or certifications based on their needs and career goals
      - Accurately process sales orders, course enrollments, and support requests while maintaining detailed records in the CRM
      - Resolve semi-technical issues related to online training and escalate complex cases as needed
      - Proactively reach out to applicants and past customers to provide updates and nurture leads for new business opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Background in customer support, inside sales, or technical support, ideally in education, SaaS, or training environments
      - Strong empathy and active listening skills to uncover customer needs
      - Comfortable learning new systems and troubleshooting issues
      - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
      - Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
      - Natural curiosity and resilience with a strategic approach to identifying sales opportunities
