What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to your accounts, providing consultative guidance
- Scale playbooks and best practices across multi-location accounts and franchise systems
- Identify ongoing sales opportunities within the portfolio for growth and referrals
- Upsell unused functionality and features to increase revenue and reduce attrition
- Passionately support EVCM Payments Solutions/PaySimple's commitment to an outstanding customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years managing a portfolio of accounts (SaaS account management a plus)
- Experience selling to VP/C-suite/SMB owners
- Organized, detail-oriented individual capable of meeting short-deadline goals
- Strong excel skills for data analysis and decision-making
- Strong written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous payment processing related experience a plus
