What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage merchants through high-volume outbound calls to drive early payments adoption
- Educate and guide customers on features of the payments platform to facilitate online payments
- Conduct concise activation conversations to enable merchants to process payments immediately
- Follow up proactively with merchants to ensure timely payment processing
- Walk new users through their first live transaction from initiation to deposit confirmation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 – 2 years of experience in business-to-business Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone sales skills
- Ability to multitask and execute tasks with precision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous payment processing or API-related experience
- Ability to influence behavior and apply a consultative approach to customer service
- Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing outreach
