  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate with cross-functional healthcare teams to assess operational inefficiencies and optimize healthcare delivery
  - Develop internal and external reporting and dashboarding capabilities to refine data quality
  - Define requirements and oversee planning and execution of multiple initiatives from design to delivery
  - Communicate healthcare operational insights to leadership and stakeholders using data-driven visual presentations
  - Establish and analyze KPIs across project initiatives to provide visibility into organizational performance
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, healthcare management, or related field
  - Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare strategy, operations, or a similar role
  - Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
  - Strong influencing skills with the ability to interface effectively with employees at all levels
  - Proficiency in standard MS Office; experience with CRM and Project Management tools
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Advanced degrees in healthcare-related fields
  - PMP or similar certification focused on healthcare project management
  - Experience in data modeling, healthcare analytics, or programming (SQL, BI visualization tools)
