What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extracting data from primary and secondary sources using automated tools
- Ensuring data accuracy and quality by identifying and fixing coding errors
- Developing and maintaining databases and reorganizing data in a readable format
- Analyzing data to assess quality, identify patterns and trends, and assign numerical value to business functions
- Preparing reports for management, identifying process improvement opportunities, and proposing system modifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong mathematical skills for data collection, measurement, organization, and analysis
- 2+ years of SQL experience
- 2+ years of experience with programming languages such as R, Javascript, and Python
- Technical proficiency in database design, data mining techniques, and data segmentation
- Experience with data consumption/visualization tools like Apache Superset, Looker, Sisense, and Tableau
- Familiarity with columnar data stores like Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, and Google BigQuery
- Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, and SAS
- Knowledge of data processing platforms like Fivetran, DBT, and Benthos
- Strong communication skills and a drive for continuous improvement
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related discipline preferred
- Knowledge/experience with the Healthcare industry and Healthcare technology is a plus
