EverPro is looking for a data-driven, business-savvy GTM Reporting Analyst to help design, build, and manage our standard reporting suite that powers our GTM operating cadences and performance visibility. This role will play a key part in shaping the way we use data to drive decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll serve as the go-to expert for key GTM dashboards, manage core datasets, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop reporting frameworks that are scalable, insightful, and actionable.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Design, build, and maintain core GTM dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Power BI that support weekly forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and other operational cadences.
      • Own and manage key datasets leveraged daily by field and leadership teams; ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
      • Translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly reporting solutions by working closely with GTM leaders, Finance, RevOps, and the Data & Analytics team.
      • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex data into clear, actionable insights.
      • Develop scalable reporting frameworks and standardized definitions for GTM metrics and KPIs to drive consistency and trust in data.
      • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics and Systems teams to define and validate data sources, understand data pipelines, and improve overall data infrastructure.
      • Support reporting adoption by responding to user questions, managing dashboard access, and supporting enablement and documentation efforts.
      • Continuously improve and iterate on reporting outputs based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
      • Ensure data governance and alignment on definitions by facilitating cross-functional collaboration on metric ownership and documentation.

      Qualifications
      • 3+ years of experience in GTM analytics, Sales/Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, or similar roles.
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
      • Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting and Power BI (or similar BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc.).
      • Comfortable working with large datasets and translating business questions into structured reporting solutions.
      • Experience working with or alongside data engineering, data analytics, or systems teams.
      • Proven ability to build dashboards that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned to business objectives.
      • Strong understanding of GTM motions and common metrics across the customer lifecycle (e.g., pipeline, forecast, conversion, retention).
      • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
