      As our Creative & Brand lead, you are the creative force behind our beauty story; shaping a bold, cohesive vision across products and platforms. You’ll lead a team of talented creatives, turning ideas into impactful campaigns and seamless digital experiences. From driving brand strategy to crafting compelling narratives, you’ll build strong PR and influencer relationships that amplify our voice in the beauty community. With a blend of creativity and data-driven insight, you’ll ensure every touchpoint inspires, engages, and elevates our brand.

      This is a 9 month fixed term contract.

      What you'll do.

      You’ll lead the creative vision and execution of key initiatives, overseeing digital experiences and providing direction across UX, design, and storytelling. You’ll also deliver strategic PR and communications plans, strengthen media and influencer relationships, and craft compelling brand narratives. With a data-driven approach, you’ll measure impact, refine campaigns, and ensure alignment with Timely and SalonBiz’s business objectives.

      As a people leader, you’ll nurture, inspire, and grow a high-performing creative team by setting a clear vision, supporting professional development, and guiding the team to deliver against ambitious goals and key milestones.

      What you'll bring.

      • 7+ years of marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years in a creative role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company.

      • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.

      • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

      • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

      • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

      • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.

      • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and drive to achieve goals.

      • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.

      • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

      • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
