ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and be responsible for one or more EVS work crews under the guidance of the Assistant Shift Manager
• Assist in training, scheduling, and updating zone assignments for team members
• Maintain key control and attend leader shift and department meetings
• Inspect and submit inspections for property lobbies, restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, food/beverage outlets, and all back of house areas
• Communicate and delegate tasks and problem solve effectively with all guests, team members, and managers
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of cleaning experience required, preferably in a hotel or casino
• Strong verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off, as necessary
• Must display strong guest service skills and commitment
• Must be able and willing to work in a smoke-filled environment
