What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, evaluate, decline, accept, rate, quote, and bind new and renewal E&S property business
- Drive production and marketing activities to meet individual goals while maintaining underwriting integrity
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with appointed wholesale trading partners and brokers
- Provide high levels of customer service through timely responses to broker requests and deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to underwrite and service accounts effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial property underwriting experience, ideally more than 7 years
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ASLI, CPCU, ARM, or other relevant professional designations
- Positive and self-motivated attitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong technical, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Experience in relationship management with both internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as required
