      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, solicit, underwrite, and sell new and renewal Specialty accounts to drive profitable growth
      - Manage an assigned portfolio to achieve key performance metrics, including profitability and retention
      - Utilize underwriting tools and strategies to assess risk and make informed decisions
      - Develop and maintain agency relationships to enhance business opportunities
      - Collaborate with other business units to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
      - 3-7+ years of Specialty or standard commercial lines experience
      - 3-4+ years of experience in driving agency relationships for profitable business
      - Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external partners
      - Ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed business decisions

      - Experience in underwriting complex accounts
      - Proven ability to adapt quickly and solve problems effectively
      - Knowledge of market factors affecting pricing and underwriting
      - Experience with relationship management in a sales context
      - Familiarity with industry regulations and trends
