      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, solicit, underwrite, and sell new and renewal Specialty accounts to drive profitable growth
      - Apply technical, sales, and analytical skills to provide insurance solutions and manage risk
      - Manage assigned portfolio to achieve financial goals, including gross written premium and retention rates
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients to enhance account decision-making
      - Prepare and analyze underwriting decisions, requirements, and market factors affecting pricing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
      - Generally, 3-7+ years of experience in Specialty or standard commercial lines
      - 3-4+ years of experience in driving agency relationships for profitable new and renewal business
      - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external business partners
      - Ability to exercise judgment and make sound business decisions within the scope of authority

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with complex accounts and navigating regulatory issues in various states
      - Proven track record of negotiating and closing accounts aligned with business strategy
      - Familiarity with financial reporting and insurance performance measures
      - Ability to adapt quickly to change and demonstrate problem-solving skills
      - Experience in building and managing sales practices and utilizing sales tools effectively
