What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate newly reported work-related injuries to determine compensability
- Maintain accurate records for each claim and ensure proper documentation
- Manage key components of each claim to ensure optimal handling and resolution
- Coordinate settlement negotiations and assist with bill/invoice review
- Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to senior claim leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years’ experience in managing Indemnity claims or serving as a liaison between injured workers and insurance professionals
- In-depth knowledge of Workers’ Compensation claims handling processes
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Strong aptitude for technology and attention to detail

- Experience with managing expectations from business partners such as attorneys and claims adjusters
- Proven track record of achieving goals in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong research and multi-tasking skills
