      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive administrative support to designated executives, including managing calendars and travel schedules
      - Organize and develop materials for meetings, special projects, and presentations
      - Collaborate with senior management to identify and manage business projects and resource allocation
      - Interface with board members, customer contacts, and community leaders
      - Maintain public areas and assist in managing office activities and events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of support experience, with at least 3 years in an executive support role
      - Experience in a large, nationally operated company preferred
      - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Associates degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred; Bachelor's degree a plus
