      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage executives’ calendars and schedule meetings, including video and audio conferencing
      - Maintain awareness of executives’ business activities and anticipate meeting-related needs
      - Represent executives professionally to senior officials both within and outside the organization
      - Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for domestic and international trips
      - Prepare meeting materials, including booking conference rooms and coordinating catering

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma with 8 years of relevant work experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including M365, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
      - Experience in a versatile work environment handling various duties and responsibilities
      - Proven experience supporting and communicating with Executive Leadership
      - Ability to send communications across organizations effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience
