      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts
      - Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and managing correspondence
      - Prepare, format, and edit various documents, including reports and presentations
      - Coordinate logistics for meetings and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth operations
      - Oversee special projects and initiatives, maintaining organization and efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, typically requiring 3+ years of experience
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems
      - Exceptional organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
      - Flexibility to work outside standard business hours to accommodate urgent requests or international time zones

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications is preferred but not required
      - Experience in fast-paced environments with the ability to quickly adapt to changes
